When three of house music's most respected talents get in the studio together you know you are in for a treat. And when those talents are none other than Richard Dinsdale, Richard F and Shawnee Taylor, the goods are definitely delivered!
So it with great pleasure that Neon proudly presents the first collaboration by the trio, the epic "Give Me More".
Where to begin when you are talking about names like these...
UK-born Richard Dinsdale is renowned for his razor-sharp studio skills and attention for detail whether as a producer or a DJ. He has a multitude of top-notch releases under his belt through prolific labels such as Toolroom, Nervous & Kinky Vinyl and has well and truly earned his stripes as one of the rave jet set with regular gigs in every corner of the globe.
Richard F, originally from Florida, has been on the decks ever since he was tall enough to reach them. Having spent most of the early 90s experimenting with the techno thing, then the break-beat thing, then more progressive sets, at heart he has always stayed true to house music and has been responsible for remixing classics like Powerhouse's "I Got What You Need", Georgie Porgie's "Life Goes On" and his own productions "Cookie Dough Dynamo" and "Let the Sunshine Thru" on Subliminal to name a small few.
Rounding off the trio is house music's A-list diva Shawnee Taylor. Who hasn't this girl worked with! Mentioning Todd Terry, Jose Nunez, Roland Clarke, Robbie Rivera, Michael Moog, Richard Grey, Sandy Rivera, DJ Romain and Harry Choo Choo Romero would only be just scrapping the surface.
Erick Morillo has been quoted as calling her "a triple threat...kick ass writer, great voice and a wonderful person" and she has her own album out on Subliminal produced by many of the legends mentioned above.
"Give Me More" premiered at Pacha during this year's International Music Summit (IMS) in Ibiza to floor-devastating results.
Whether it's the Richard F Dub, TV ROCK remix or the instrumental, once Shawnee's vocal oozes out of the speakers punters know they're about to experience something special!
